# New People, New Payroll

In 2021, we welcomed several new employees to CDx and announced some payroll updates. Read on for more details.

Last fall, Maine and SeraCare were combined into LGC Clinical Diagnostics, Inc. to reflect the recent legal entity name change, effective October 1. The CDx Employee Handbook and Confidentiality Agreement were updated with this change and posted to Paycor. 

We concluded the Benefits Open Enrollment period with 100% submission—thank you to all employees for staying on top of this.
