# A Culture of Quality

The CDx Quality Assurance team has been undertaking collaborative initiatives to streamline quality system processes across the business unit. 

The CDx Quality Assurance team had an in-person workshop at our facility at Milford, Massachusetts in June. This was the first of many meetings to start the QMS integration process, which will start with a **harmonized** **Document Control Process** utilizing EtQ across all sites (US & Ireland).

The workshop was a great opportunity to meet colleagues from different manufacturing locations and to begin** building invaluable relationships** to overcome quality system complexities across the different sites. The team agreed on a new **Quality Policy for LGC CDx,** which will be published very shortly.

Because quality compliance is critical to daily operations, a cross-site initiative to drive a **Culture of Quality** is in the works.

Finally, the CDx Global Quality Assurance team extends a warm welcome to Amy Stewart, our new Sr. Manager, Quality Assurance, based in Gaithersburg. **Welcome back!**
