Integrations & Evaluations

Over the last quarter, the Human Resources team has been supporting the integration of our Clinical Diagnostics businesses and working to bring new employees onboard.

On Friday, April 1, 2022, Technopath U.S.A. became part of the LGC Clinical Diagnostics, Inc. legal entity. With this integration, TCD USA is now based in the Milford, MA location.

Annual performance evaluations are taking place this month and next using Performance Pro. If you need a refresher and were unable to attend a training, walkthrough documents are available here for appraisers and here for employees. Appraisals should be completed and delivered by May 13th and FY23 goals should be entered by May 31st.

As a reminder, the Headspace app is available to all LGC employees free of charge. Headspace provides an extensive library of meditations and mental exercises for a range of objectives including improved focus, relaxation, stress management, empathy, and more. Some meditations are as brief as one minute, so you can fit them into your schedule. Enroll in your free membership through LGC here.
